Our topic is about determining the prevalence of helminthiasis in Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City. Helminthiasis is a problem common in many underdeveloped or developing countries. There are multiple cases reported here in the Philippines. Should this study produce successful results, cases of helminthiasis could be prevented. It could also be used as a reference for the prevention of future outbreaks in other areas of the country.
